Your order is sent with our ACS courier company.

Carriage charges are calculated volumetrically and shipping costs are added to the value of your order.

The minimum courier cost is 5 €.

The cost for shipment in cash is an extra 5 €.

We can send you our products with a courier of your choice, which you will indicate after completing your order. You simply choose from the shipping method the ‘Send with courier of my choice’ option and we will organize your shipping in a safe and fast way.

Shipping costs are paid directly to Courier.

We can send you our products with a carrier of your choice, which you will indicate after completing your order. You simply choose from the shipping mode the option ‘Send with my pickup carrier’ and we will organize your shipment on the market safely and quickly.

You pay shipping costs directly to the shipping company.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

STRANGEL is not responsible for any delays in delivering the products when inappropriate factors are involved in the process. Indicatively, it is not responsible for delivery delays due to intermediate loading / unloading areas, strikes on means of transport or other strikes affecting the movement of goods. In this case, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss the new delivery date.

 

Although we have taken all care to inform you of any product unavailability, there is the possibility of unexpected shortage or unavailability of the product. In this case, we will contact you again to inform you of the time you have received the product you have selected and is in temporary shortage. If the product you have chosen by mistake is not communicated by us that it is temporarily missing or abolished then we will again contact you to agree to the delivery of another product or the cancellation of your order unfairly to both parties and the non-interest reimbursement of money that has been paid within a reasonable time.
